These are the basic rules that coincide with using Second Half Play. If you have any questions about it or you are unsure of something then please contact us with your enquiry. Please note that these T&Cs may be changed at any time and it is your responsibility to check back regularly for any changes.

Second Half Play reserves the right to change the terms, conditions and notices under which the Second Half Playwebsite is offered at any time without notice. It is your responsibility when signing up to a Sports Betting Site to make sure that you adhere to the terms and conditions of that site, and are not contravening any rules/laws that the Sports Betting Site or the territory/state/country (in which you are resident) have governing an account such as age or legality to wager on line. If for whatever reason a Sports Betting Site offering rakeback defaults on its agreement with you, SHP shall not be liable for any outstanding monies (including any outstanding monies or prizes for previous or current promotions) owed to any player by that site.
All Sports Bettings Sites have the right to withhold payments in the event they believe that there is reason to believe that a player is using their DFS account for fraudulent purposes. In this event they can refuse to release commission to Second Half Play. All Sites – By signing up through Second Half Play you accept that your rake and other data such as games/tournaments played will be provided to us by the Sports Betting Site/casinos with whom we are affiliated. You also accept that we will, on occasion, for the purpose of promotions and other leader boards, display this data publicly. We will never display or disclose to a third party any other personal data specific to you of your account.

(3) REFERRAL AND AFFILIATE MARKETING
You may use Marketing Materials for the sole purpose of marketing to and referring potential players throughSecond Half Play to Sportsbook Sites. You will only use marketing materials that have been provided by us and/or pre-approved by us (collectively the “Marketing Materials”). You will not modifySecond Half Play marketing materials without our prior written All marketing activities must be professional, proper and lawful under applicable rules or laws. Second Half Play is providing these links to you only as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement bySecond Half Play of the site or any association with its operators.

(5) NO UNLAWFUL OR PROHIBITED USE As a condition of your use of the SHP website, you warrant to Second Half Play that you will not use the SHP website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices. You may not use the SHP website in any manner which could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the SHP website or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of the SHP website. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available or provided for through the SHP websites.

(6) LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
THE INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES INCLUDED IN OR AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SHP WEBSITE MAY INCLUDE INACCURACIES OR TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS. CHANGES ARE PERIODICALLY ADDED TO THE INFORMATION HEREIN.Second Half Play AND/OR ITS SUPPLIERS MAY MAKE IMPROVEMENTS AND/OR CHANGES IN THE SHP WEBSITE AT ANYTIME. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALL SUCH INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND RELATED GRAPHICS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF ANY KIND. Second Half Play AND/OR ITS SUPPLIERS HEREBY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS WITH REGARD TO THIS INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND RELATED GRAPHICS, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL Second Half Play AND/OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF USE, DATA OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE SHP WEBSITE, WITH THE DELAY OR INABILITY TO USE THE SHP WEBSITE OR RELATED SERVICES, THE PROVISION OF OR FAILURE TO PROVIDE SERVICES, OR FOR ANY INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND RELATED GRAPHICS OBTAINED THROUGH THE SHP WEBSITE, OR OTHERWISE ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THE SHP WEBSITE, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF Second Half Play OR ANY OF ITS SUPPLIERS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF DAMAGES. BECAUSE SOME STATES/JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH ANY PORTION OF THE SHP WEBSITE, OR WITH ANY OF THESE TERMS OF USE, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USING THE SHP WEBSITE.

(8) TRADEMARKS
The names of actual companies and products mentioned herein may be the trademarks of their respective owners. The example companies, organizations, products, people and events depicted herein are fictitious. No association with any real company, organization, product, person, or event is intended or should be inferred. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

(9) LEGAL STATES
Residents from these states – AZ,IA,LA,MT,WA – are not permitted to play on any DFS sites and will not be able to purchase our lineups. With the exception of Quebec, legal residents of Canada are eligible to open an account and participate in contests.

(10) GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales as are in force from time to time including, without limitation, the Electronic Communications Act, 2000 (C.7). By accepting this Agreement, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the location that we determine in our sole discretion in respect of any disputes arising out of, or connected with, this Agreement. Nothing in this paragraph shall prevent us from applying to the courts of any jurisdiction for such provisional or protective measures as are available under the laws of that jurisdiction.
